Trinity mourns the loss of two former Trojans and one future Trojan

Trinity Trojan Football is saddened at the loss of some of our best and brightest stars.  Last night, Polo Eteaki Manukainiu (Class of 2012), Gaius Vaenuku (Class of 2013), and Lolo Uhatafe (Euless Jr. High) were killed in a tragic car accident in New Mexico.  Salesi Uhatafe (Class of 2013) and one other adult passenger are in critical condition.

We ask that you keep the families of each of these boys in your thoughts and prayers.  An account is being set up at First Texas Bank Mid-Cities (across from Trinity next to Campus West) called the Polo, Gaius, and Lolo memorial fund.  This account will be active later today allowing Trojan Nation to contribute to costs related to funeral expenses for the families.  All donors should indicate that they want to deposit funds via the Trinity Trojan Football Booster Club and the Polo, Gaius, and Lolo memorial fund and the funds will be distributed to the families.

HEB ISD and Trinity High School have published a page for reflection where Trojan Nation can write their thoughts about these wonderful young men and how much they have meant to all of us.  http://schoolctr.hebisd.edu/education/components/board/default.php?sectiondetailid=65753&

Once a Trojan, Always a Trojan!  You will never be forgotten!
